4/6/04:   Ow!   Jack be nimble, Jack be quick,  Jack be moving out of the way at buttcandle.com

3/30/04:  This is an actual spam I got today, word for word:

3/27/04:   What the Bleep do We Know?

Here's the movie we're seeing today:

dTheatre.com is fortunate and proud to present the first internet review of "What the #$*! Do We Know?" (also known as What the Bleep?) a independent feature/documentary hybrid on mysticism and science. The film opens at the Bagdad Theater in Portland, OR starting on Friday, February 27th.

3/25/04:  King of the Hill Hits Just a Little Too Close to Home: See how similar these two pictures are?  That's because Mike Judge knows what he's talking about. I don't know where Arlen is supposed to be, but if it's like that little town in The Last Picture Show, that's West Texas. As in Lubbock, West Texas. Note ashtray in center of table.

Now, we had not yet actually lit up a cigarette for Aysha to smoke, but I think you can tell from the picture which way things are headed. That's Aysha and her Dad on the left, Jennifer her mom in the middle, and a guy I dated at one time - just think, I could have been Mrs. Hank Hill of Lubbock, West Texas!

Ready to hear some new music?

This is gamelan music - it is very hard to describe. I was going to say Philip Glass meets Gilbert &  Sullivan, but that would not be accurate. It's kind of hypnotic, though.

3/17/04:  Revised coffee playlist to get rid of too jangly, too jazzy stuff that truly did remind me of coffee but I don't wanna listen to in the morning. Also note: Savage Garden song about domestic abuse dedicated to my mom, Lisa Prather.  Click here to listen! RHAPSODY Link
